Enter a name in the "Your name" text box.

Enter your email address in the "Email address" text box.

Under Mail & Groups on the left, click Mail Server.

On the right, fill in the first three text boxes:

Mail server user name: the part of your email address before the '@' symbol

Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: mail.domain.com (replace domain.com with the domain of your e-mail address, following the '@' symbol)

Incoming mail server: pop.domain.com (replace domain.com with the domain of your e-mail address, following the '@' symbol)
