I am not
getting any sound from my speakers.
- Make sure
that the speakers are plugged into the sound card.
- Verify that
it is NOT on a voice modem (you can tell by the telephone jacks on
the card).
- Check if the
speakers are working properly by pluging the speaker into the
headphone jack in front of the CD-ROM while playing an audio
CD.
- Make sure
that the volume is not muted.
- If it is an
amplified speaker, verify that the batteries are fresh and/or the AC
adapter is properly plugged in.
- Check for
yellow or red marks in the device manager under 'sound, video and
game controllers'. If you see yellow/red marks, please call us for
assistance.
